How can our hypnosis program help you?
It gives you the tools to work on your habits at that deeper level - the level where it actually exists. It's as if your mind is a computer program running an old unwanted program. Hypnosis gives you the power to be the programmer and to remove it. You can locate the old program and do the re-programming necessary to change or eliminate the habit. How does it work? For most clients, we get to the root of the problem and find out why the habit exists. Once we know that, you and I work together and we can get the problem resolved. How many sessions does it take? While every person is different and some habits take more time than others, most people can eliminate their unhealthy habits within three to four sessions.
