Q. Is Hypnosis really effective for Smoking Cessation? A. Absolutely! It’s been proved repeatedly. In 1993 an extensive research project was undertaken by the University of Iowa on the most effective ways to kick tobacco addiction and hypnosis proved to be the most effective method.
Q. Will I gain weight if I stop smoking? A. No, not with our Hypnosis program. In fact, many clients report that they lose weight. After the hypnosis sessions they begin taking much better care of themselves. As part of the treatment, we always include suggestions about eating healthy, exercising, and drinking plenty of water.
Q. How much does it cost for the treatment? A. Our prices are always extremely competitive (and for smokers certainly cost effective considering the high price of cigarettes). Q. How many sessions does the Stop Smoking treatment require? A. Come prepared to leave as a nonsmoker after your first session. Most people do. Your complete “Stop Smoking” package will include three office visits, plus a short and relaxing CD you take home with you for powerful continued reinforcement.
Note: All of the CD’s I give my clients have a daytime and a night time version of the reinforcement. This is so that you can fall asleep to them at night. They’re very relaxing. |
